Don R. Crawley is first and foremost a husband, father, and global citizen.

He is also a speaker, writer, trainer, actor, and musician. He is the author of Windows Wit and Wisdom, the best-selling book of Windows tips and shortcuts for regular users, plus numerous articles on information systems and technology. (Do a Google search on "Don R. Crawley" and you'll see what we mean.)

He is the author of the forthcoming book, "The Compassionate Geek:  Customer Service Strategies for I.T. People".

He has appeared as a speaker and trainer before audiences in all 50 states, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.  His experience includes broadcast management as a major-market radio station program director, director of music ministries at an urban church, business trainer and consultant, I.T. trainer and consultant, successful entrepreneur, and more.

He holds multiple technical certifications on Microsoft, Linux, and Cisco products. He backs up his certifications with over a quarter-century of experience in various technical fields ranging from broadcasting to office automation to modern information systems.

Don has a unique perspective on people, business, and technology drawing from the influences of his father Kermit A. Crawley, Daniel Goleman, Zig Ziglar, Bill Gates, Richard Rodgers, the philosophers of his central Missouri childhood, and many others.
