Now that you’ve successfully completed your Compassionate Geek IT customer service training program, what’s next?

Practice and Prepare

For your greatest success, make sure you commit to reinforcing the concepts you learned through daily practice. Great athletes and musicians practice and prepare constantly to hone their skills. As IT pros, we must do the same. Find ways every day to improve your technical competence, to show compassion, to feel empathy for others, to be a better listener, and to conduct yourself with dignity and respect for your end users and other customers, for your co-workers, and, frankly, for all people, especially people whom you don’t like or people with whom you disagree.

Revisit lessons from the online training. Your logon credentials provide access to the online training for up to 3 years following your initial registration. You can replay lessons at your convenience and reflect on their messages.
